Deloitte CIS is currently seeking a Business Analyst (entry level) in the Business Valuation group in our Financial Advisory department in Kyiv office.

Our Business Valuation professionals advise clients on the complex issues surrounding critical financial and economic events, high-profile transaction strategic business imperatives. We bring to bear the range of our deep financial and valuation acumen, as well as knowledge of the latest in compliance and regulations, to help our clients understand, analyze, and respond to the opportunities and challenges presented by these events and transactions and key business decision. We leverage a range of highly technical methodologies and strategies ‑ from valuation and financial modeling to asset strategies and analysis to lender advisory and creditor support services ‑ to help grow and protect our clients’ mission, reputation, and resources.

The role will involve:

• Data mining using public sources of information and various databases
• Analysis of financial statements, management accounts and key operational indicators of clients and potential clients
• Market overviews
• Support financial modelling projects
• Support business valuation projects
• Drafting of proposals, presentations, reports, teasers, information memos and info notes

To be considered you should possess:

• Bachelor’s degree - preferred majors include Finance, Accounting, and Economics
• Relevant work experience would be a plus
• Strong analytical, data mining and hypothesis testing skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and meet tight deadlines
• Commitment to achieving results
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Ukrainian, Russian and English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
