Responsibilities

• Coordinate qualification of opportunities
• Coordinate meetings for Sales Managers, Territory Managers
• Monitor the Opportunity life-cycle, update CRM
• Be responsible for the accuracy of revenue projections in CRM
• Continuously Improve and automate the processes of backlog and pipeline monitoring and control

Requirements

• MS Excel (pivot tables), Power Point, Word, Outlook good user
• Previous experience with CRM system will be a plus
• Previous experience with Skype for Business, GoToMeeting will be a plus
• Bachelor’s degree
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English, both written and verbal
• Experience in Sales/BD and/or IT industry will be a plus
• Good communication skills
• Attention to details
• Ability to work under pressure
