BitFury is a technology company in Silicon Valley with offices in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Now we are looking for an Office Manager to join our team.

We are looking for a responsive, creative, willing to help and hands-on Office Manager whose talent and support could be an asset to our team.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Maintenance of the vital functions of the office, control of cleaning, interaction with the technical service of the Business Center.

• Compilation of reports, budgeting.

• Organization of the workplace, access for ordering food, issuance of passes for new employees.

• Coordination of suppliers, provision of office base.

• Execution of orders for sending and receiving courier delivery.

• Order a taxi, transfer.

• Assistance in organizing events, trainings for company employees.

• Copying, scanning, preparation of documents.

• Meeting visitors at the office, offering tea, coffee, water.

• Other tasks for office administration.

Qualifications:

• Higher education

• Upper-Intermediate English

• Advanced computer user

• Proven experience in budgeting

• Attention to detail, customer-service oriented and problem-solving skills, stress tolerance

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
