The insurance company in connection with the expansion, invites to its friendly team the work of the sales manager of the banking product.

Main responsibilities

• Responsible for driving sales activity through our partners (existing projects and looking for new opportunities inside the partners).
• Strong focus on delivering sales results, increasing penetration and obtaining greater market share over competitors within the bank partners.
• Meet sales plan, evaluate results and decide on next steps, deliver trainings to partner staff, presenting to clients.
• Close relationship with bank partners.

Key competencies

• Experienced in direct sales and has a strong understanding of financial sector services.
• Strong communicator and relationship manager, team leader, drives result, motivates others, business acumen.
