Project objective is to support Delivery related analyst activities
Project management operations
Support via data maintenance in internal systems and reporting

Responsibilities:

Work with x-program managerial activities related to internal reporting, cross-management collaboration, be in touch with program's PMO on customer's side
Business Trips and Visa requests raising
Expense control, forecasting and reporting
Communication with Internal departments, management, employees
Invoicing
Cross-project tasks by request

Skills:

Advanced PC users
MS Office (VBA experience is a plus)
Upper-intermediate English written and spoken
Analytical minded
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Responsible
High accuracy in working with various data
Ability to work with a large scope of data.
Multi-tasking
Fast learning
