Project Description
As part of Brexit preparations our client is doing a full business and systems review to address impact and plan for future business model and requirements. As part of this Programme we are looking to support various packages and vendor systems with a mixture of onsite SMEs and additional development, support and QA facilities from our CEE nearshore centres.
Responsibilities
You will be leading a testing team, reviewing project requirements, plans and SLA to help ensure successful delivery. Managing testing resources across multiple locations as well as Identifing and managing testing dependencies with external projects and programmes
Skills
- 5+ years experience in financial services domain
- Ability to translate scope and business rules into test cases/scripts
- Ability to develop and manage test cases/scripts, criteria and procedures
- Front Office and derivatives trading experience is desirable
- Prior manual/automation testing experience in FS area
- Familiar with various test products and tools (e.g. Jira, Quality Center, etc.)
- Understanding of SDLC
- Experience working in a Global teamacross a number of time zones
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
