Personal Assistant based in Kyiv.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organising and maintaining schedules and making appointments;
• Dealing with incoming emails and post;
• Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
• Arranging travel, visas and accommodation;
• Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
• Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
• 24/7 access.

Main requirements:

• Higher education;
• Work experience – 3 + years in a similar position (within international firm is a plus);
• Good organizational and time management skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
• Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines;
• Fluent English;
• Knowledge of law will be a plus;
• Excellent communication skills (oral/written);
• Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues;
• Ability to research, digest, analyze and present material clearly and concisely;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, honesty, and reliability, attention to detail;
• An easy-going person, ready to find the way out in any situation.
