Вакансія Sales and Export Manager

On behalf of our client, multinational company that operates in B2B market, we are looking for Sales and Export Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and achieve sales budget in volume and value in the geographic area of responsibility, in line with the expectations;
• Search and acquire new customers in line with the business strategy;
• Extensive visits and regular meetings with potential and existing customers;
• Conclude appropriate contracts with volumes, process and terms of

payment/delivery in frame of actual authorisations;

• Controlling the customer commitments monthly, quarterly, annually;
• Analyse credit rating of the new customers, recognise financial difficulties

of existing customers and propose solutions;

• Be responsible for possible overdue, i. e. ensuring that invoices are paid

on time, chase outstanding overdue;

• Monitoring of stocks;
• Handling complains in consultation with customer technical and food

technology service;

• Provide updated forecast, preparation of budget figures;
• Constant exchange of information and ideas with Regional Sales Manager and local Ukraine team;
• Negotiation of sealing machines and equipment within the limits of

the actual price list valid for those equipments;

• Monitor direct competitors as well as market trends;
• Participation in exhibitions.

Main requirements:

• University degree;
• 5+ years of working experience in B2B sales;
• Working experience preferable with customers from consumer goods / food production;
• Experience of managing sales processes will be preferred;
• Open-minded, responsible, strong communicative skills
• Readiness for frequent business trips abroad;
• English language – from upper-intermediate level;
• Open-minded, responsible, strong communicative, problem-solving skills.
