Вакансія Technical Service Coordinator

Our client, leading international FMCG company is announcing an opening for Technical Service Coordinator position.

Main responsibilities:

• providing regular Service KPIs tracking;
• coordinating projects and cooperation with equipment producers/ business partners to assure most efficient equipment park;
• working on installation and regular technical service questions;
• proposing ideas on efficiency improvement based on global best practice/observations and customers feedback;
• being responsible for budget tracking/optimization for service/spare parts;
• organizing trainings on equpment installation/operation/service process (internal and external);
• participating in different company projects directed to long term business growth and related to equipment park management.

Main requirements:

• University Degree;
• 2-5 years of experience in management of technical service by 3 rd parties;
• knowledge of processes set-up/management, KPIs in service;
• Intermediate English, Fluent Ukrainian and Russian;
• strong communication and organizational skills;
• ability to perspective view and fast and effective problem solving.
