Вакансія Junior Quality of Service Engineer (Telco)

Infopulse Ukraine is inviting talented professionals to join our project and to work as a full-time Junior Quality of Service Engineer (Telco) in our Kyiv office.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Proactive monitoring of voice traffic quality which BICS is providing to its customers;
• Voice suppliers management and performance monitoring across all voice products;
• Monitoring of Voice Quality for special events /customers.
• Voice rerouting activities on the international switches;
• Performing activities in frames of constant quality improvement of existing voice routes and testing the new routing in cooperation with commercial departments of the company;
• Providing assistance to different BICS departments during problematic cases: troubleshooting, analysis, resolutions;
• Ensuring effective communication on technical queries with BICS internal teams and BICS customers/suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of voice domain: calls routing and switching (ISUP/SIP)
• Skills of troubleshooting voice issues and working with Switch Management Interfaces, tracing tools. Ability to collect and analyse statistical data.
• Knowledge of SS7 stack (MTP, ISUP), knowledge of call flows on the international network (roaming cases, MNP etc.) is an advantage
• Understanding of fraud scenarios in telecom domain is an advantage
• Intermediate (or above) spoken English is required.
• Strong communication skills and flexibility to interact with partners around the globe
