For further development we are looking for experienced candidates to fill the position of

Local project manager

Roles and responsibilities:

• Defines and initiates projects within Kostal strategic product objectives;
• Assumes full responsibility of convergence to project objectives;
• Drives project decision on a day-to-day basis involving tradeoffs between quality, costs, deadlines and performance (technical specification);
• Identifies, assesses and resolves risks proactively;
• Manages core team staffing and resources issues;
• Manages the information flows and the communication process amongst the different levels of the organisation;
• Participates in decisions regarding allocation of product resources.

Candidate requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering Degree;
• Conversational and technical language skills - English, (German or French will be an additional advantage);
• Must have the ability to occasionally travel (International);
• Candidate must be self-driven and pro-active;
• 2+ years of experience managing projects​ for production.
