We are looking for junior IVR (interactive voice response) developer

What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like ?

Within 30 days you will:

Learn about existing IVR selfservice functionality and tools.

Get familiar with process of requirements analysis and other IT processes in Kyivstar

Do the first simple changes in IVR flows

Understand main functionality and architecture of IT systems

Be a part of inspired team delivering a new value

Within 60 days you will:

Develop complex logic by using VB, PLSQL, Scripts

Do integration with backend systems via xml over http, soap or json

Do SIT

You will be involved in SRS preparation in IVR stream

Communicate technical decisions through design docs, tech talks, and the wiki

Identify and address existing issues in the systems

Facilitate UAT process

Within 90 days you will:

Be fully involved and responsible for operational development of the IVR

Participate in architecture discussions, influence the roadmap, and take ownership and responsibility over projects

Control vendor team

Point the way to various additional business benefits which could be achieved in CC and IVR

The ideal candidate should have

Know at least 1 programming language, SQL, PLSQL

Experience in IT as 1+year

knowledge of JSON and XML notations;

advanced logical thinking and analytical abilities.

understanding of the SDLC processes;

experience of system integrations;

knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);

experience working with systems like Jira, Confluence;

Strong communication skills and attention to detail; accuracy is a must

Intermediate+ English

Good attitude, humble, positive, hands on

As a plus:

knowledge of IVR (any vendor); SIP, SS7

Knowledge of telecom technologies

experience working with MS Project;

knowledge of BPMN
