A leading cloud-based contact center solution company expands its international business into Ukraine and hiring talented professionals of Junior, Middle and Senior levels to build the strong and friendly team in Kyiv.

You'll be a part of the biggest cross-countries company department - Help Desk, and obtain an opportunity for technical and managerial growth in a new Ukrainian branch and the company overall.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the 1st / 2nd/ or 3rd tier for customers seeking technical assistance on the Voicespin products over the phone, email or chat

  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions by customers

  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process

  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support

  • Provide accurate information on Voicespin IT products and services

  • Record events, issues, and resolutions in logs

  • Follow-up and update customer status and information

  • Pass on any feedback or suggestion by customers to the appropriate internal team

  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures

Requirements

Must:

  • English - upper-intermediate+ (we have daily speaking practice)
  • Linux administration (services managing, working with files and directories, working with logs, etc)
  • Basic Scripting knowledge (at least one: BASH, PHP)
  • Experience with VoIP
  • Asterisk

Would be an advantage:

  • VICIDial

  • Understanding SIP&IAX protocols (configuration, troubleshooting)

  • Google Cloud and AWS

  • Python
