The purpose of this role is to personally provide specialist professional support and advice to support efficient and effective business operations within the HR functional discipline.
The role holder will also be responsible to lead a team of country HR staff to provide high quality, customer-focused functional support to all teams based in Ukraine. HRD will also focus on understanding a wide range of functional policies and procedures and navigates a path through them to advice on appropriate solutions.
This role holder will also acts as Deputy Director of the Limited Liability Company in Ukraine, which acts as the sole owner of the related subsidiary the Extra Curricular Institution (ECI). The role holder will work closely with the finance team to assure alignment with local labour law and tax.
