Danone is announcing an opening of Tax Accounting Manager​ position in Kyiv.

Your main responsibilities will include:​

• Organization and control of tax accounting; preparation of all forms of tax and statistic reports but not limited to, the following: Organization of the process of timeliness and completeness of registration of tax invoices in the Unified State Register and constant control over this process;

• The calculation of all taxes (income tax, value added tax, land tax, property tax, environmental tax), mandatory fees and other payments in accordance with legislation (with the exception of taxes and salaries of employees);

• Calculation of temporary/permanent differences between statutory and tax accounting and related differed tax on a monthly basis in accordance with the schedule of closing;

• Manage timeliness and ensure technical accuracy of quarterly effective tax rate and income tax cash payment forecasts, annual provision, and provision to return true-up;

• Preparation and submission of regular tax (CIT and VAT) and statistic company reports (excluding taxes and personal income tax);
• Ensure all local tax accounting issues are properly analyzed, supported, and documented;
• Manage the reconciliation of all of payments with budget for accrued taxes and fees (mandatory payments);
• Assist with external financial/tax audits 9) Leading of the processes re automation of tax accounting and timely implementation of current changes in legislation in the SAP system for obtaining the correct information for reporting;
• Supervise tax accounting team responsible for Ukraine;
• Review of the contracts in CCS system with regards to tax issues;
• Providing advice to SBU on the business transactions documentation correctness with regards to tax legislation.

Experience and qualifications required:

• University Degree in Finance/Accounting;
• 3+ years' experience as Tax Accounting manager preferably in a multinational company;
• Excellent knowledge of Local Accounting Standards, Ukrainian taxation system, deferred taxation, practices, standards, laws, and regulations;
• Computer literacy: M.E.Doc, SAP;
• English — Intermediate;
• Team management experience;
• Flexibility, proactiveness.
