• Strategic workshops
• Strategic goal definition
• Comprehensive Strategy development
  • Business Unit Strategy
  • Corporate and Investment Strategy
  • Business and Shareholder strategy reconciliation
  • Public Sector Strategy
• Functional strategies (together with other relevant Deloitte practices)

This definition of Strategy Services will evolve based on (a) development of our capabilities and (b) change of client needs

The role will involve:

• Consultancy in the area of strategy:
  • Corporate and public sector strategy assessment and development
  • Customer and marketing strategy assessment and development
  • Restructuring/reorganization
  • Pricing and profitability management
  • Providing insight on effective planning strategies
  • Business processes assessment and optimization
  • Writing business documents and reports to show progress towards established goals
• Business research and analysis, including financial analysis;
• Participation in client engagements, reporting to engagement managers;
• Preparation of underlying materials, leading/participation in workshops;
• Business and practice development, knowledge management activities;
• Promotion of Deloitte brand as a company offering high quality strategy support for our clients.

Requirements:

• Professional Experience:
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in consulting/advisory;
  • Practical experience covering any of the items defined as Strategy Services above preferred;
  • Experience in international companies and/or international experience welcomed.
• Education, Expertise, and Certification:
  • University education (Master's degree);
  • Business/Management/Economics/Engineering education preferred;
  • International education welcomed, but not critical.
• Skills:
  • Logical and systematic approach to solving analytical tasks;
  • Communication and presentation skills (verbal & non-verbal);
  • Advanced Ukrainian and English communication skills;
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word).
• Personal qualities and values:
  • Ability to express and present own opinion; objective argumentation skills;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Active approach to solving assigned tasks;
  • Ability to work in a team and to work under stress;
  • Ultimate quality standards and strong work ethics;
