Reporting to the Branch Manager - AGS Kiev, the duties and responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

• Where required, visit corporate clients in a sales capacity and prepare any reports that are required in respect to that account
• Prepare and complete job files in accordance with company requirements, ensuring that all documents are on file in order to custom-clear shipments
• Carry out all post-booking communications with customers with regards to insurance, customs, transport and delivery
• Choose the origin agents for imports in accordance with company policy
• Liaise with customs clearance agents for road, sea and air shipments to successfully clear the shipment and to minimize additional port charges
• Where on-carriage is required, book all European transport and liaise with agents and AGS branches to arrange an effective delivery service
• Choose destination agents/subcontractors in accordance with company policy, liaise with them as required and supply all necessary documentation in time
• Prepare job sheets and drivers' notes on all Export/Import and local moves and supply these to the operations department in good time
• General purchasing of stock and materials, such as packing material, etc. and authorising purchase invoices

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Education: A qualification in Transport and Logistics will be an advantage

Experience: Ideally a minimum of 2 years' International Removals experience

Competencies: Fully bilingual in Ukrainian and English. You must be uncompromisingly dedicated to absolute client-satisfaction, which may include working long and irregular hours. The ability to effectively and profitably manage resources under your control. You need to be able to effectively prioritise your workload. Computer literacy.

REMUNERATION

Salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. All statutory employment entitlements in the Ukraine will apply to this position.
