The fast growing Chinese start-up Beijing Waijiao Education Technology is in search of new online teachers before the start of the busy summer season. Your job, in case you pass the interview and training course will be teaching English online to students (8 to 16 years old).Beijing Waijiaoyi Education Technology is formed 2 years ago with an original idea of connecting the students from second, third and fourth tier cities to foreign teachers. The company has a rapid success, resulting in contracts with hundreds of schools and currently having over 400 teachers. After the latest round of investments, we are now looking for new educational stuff, with focus on European teachers.You can apply here http://t.waijiaoyi.com/apply-95.htmlHow does the job looks like:- The work is being done on special designed educational software provided by the company and each teacher gets a material they need to follow for their classes.- The classes are 2 x 25 minutes or 1 x 50, meaning you have 10 free minutes during your working hourBenefits:- The company is paying 8$-12$ for one working hours, depending how qualified you are for the position and how well you do during the training and demo class.- Each week you can work between 10 and 20 hours- If you complete over 500 working hours for the company, your hourly rate is increased by 1$.- At the end of each month you get evaluated for the level of your classes and your professional attitude. If the evaluation is positive with 85% or higher, you get 5% bonus salary for that working month.- The payment is completed on the 10th every month on your bank account.- The contract is 1 year old.Qualifications:- English speaking proficiency- Energetic and positive performance and patient attitude when working with kids and teenagers.- Commitment to a fixed weekly schedule (Beijing time).- Good internet connection- TEFL/TESOL is an advantage, but not mandatory.You can apply here http://t.waijiaoyi.com/apply-95.html
