Project Description:

As part of Brexit preparations our client is doing a full business and systems review to address impact and plan for future business model and requirements. As part of this Programme we are looking to support various packages and vendor systems with a mixture of onsite SMEs and additional development, support and QA facilities from our CEE nearshore centres.

Responsibilities:

You will be working with business and IT stakeholders to define business and functional requirements for the projects. This will require analysis of existing systems to document user and processing flows and determine how these will be changed in future. You will also be working with business stakeholders to define and execute the end user acceptance testing.

Skills:

- 3+ years experience in financial services domain
- Prior experience in Risk related projects (e.g. Market Risk, Credit Risk) is essential
- Ability to translate requirements between business startegies and technical IT language
- Prior experience in Business Analysis essential
- Data Analysis (VBA/ SQL / XML / Excel)
- Stakeholder Management
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

Nice-to-have:
- Understanding of margin models, sensitivities, CCAR, back-testing, stress testing, exposure management
- Experience in reviewing and validatiing of market risk models such as VaR
