About the job:

Your job is to increase sales and profitability through a good knowledge of product range, local market and customer needs. In direct contact with customers, you will meet their needs and expectations and strive to find the best solutions that contribute to creating a unique shopping experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• learning about the features of the products you are responsible for and their benefits, and eagerly share this knowledge with the customers and colleagues;
• working to improve range presentation by ensuring it appeals to customers;
• executing customer orientation and proactivity in sales so that our visitors become our customers;
• providing active approach to customers to make them feel welcome, answer their questions and advising the best solutions for their home;
• preparing your area for the next business day;
• understanding the work plan of your team, contributing to that plan and goals;
• performing everyday tasks to ensure productivity and excellent business results;
• ensuring that your area of responsibility is clean, tidy, priced and fully stocked and that the merchandising basics are in place at all times;
• working proactively to maintain the safety and security of our area for customers and colleagues, and be conscious of safety at all times in our city shop.
