Вакансія NPO Project Manager

Our Client, one of the leaders in telecommunications, is announcing an opening for NPO Project Manager position.
Main Responsibilities:

• being leader of network planning and optimization project sub-team;
• being accountable for delivering the radio NPO services (radio and transport planning, optimization, refarming, drive-tests, maintaining network KPIs);
• being responsible for end-to-end planning and management of NPO activities;
• providing NI project delivery KPIs (rollout schedule, costs, quality);
• ensuring project and operational management based on PMI principles and in full alignment with existing in company MoOp and applicable BL guidelines;
• updating Project Management Plan;
• managing financial and non-financial performance.

Main Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience (IT, Telecom);
• strong understanding of Radio product portfolio;
• strong skills in NPO project management, acceptance procedures;
• strong skills in cost, risk management;
• knowledge of English (Intermediate);
• advanced PC user (Microsoft Project will be an advantage).
