Our young English-speaking team of passionate and highly motivated people is looking for a talented, goal-oriented and committed customer service representative to provide high-level quality phone support for our clients. The position is available for immediate hire.

Previous experience is not necessary, but skills working in IT Customer Service professional environment will be a huge advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Providing assistance to Chinese and English-speaking clients by phone;

Requirements:

• Both fluent writing and speaking Chinese and English is a must;

• Excellent work standards and high motivation;

• Basic IT knowledge, including in OS features;

• Can be a student.

Will be a great plus:

• Experience in international IT environment;

• Experience with phone support.
