L'oreal Ukraine is looking for Legal Director. Legal Director contributes to the creation and protection of L’Oréal's assets by advising and guiding the company in all areas of business law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure legal compliance of all L’Oreal Ukraine activities (including compliance with internal group policies)
• Ensure legal support to business projects
• Contract management (drafting, negotiation and revision of contractual documents, including intra-group agreements)
• Litigation management
• Manage the selection and the relationship with external counsel
• Recruit, develop and manage his/her team
• Work in close collaboration with and provides regular reports to the Zone Legal Team based in Paris

Your Background:

• Legal or compliance background with a strong understanding of the Business Law
• Experience 10+ years as head of legal in international company
• Team Management expertise
• Strong communication, leadership and influencing skills
• Result oriented
• Project Management skills
• Fluent English
