Our team, a part of the US company with headquarters in Miami, is searching the Ad Trafficker for joining us.

The Ad Trafficker’s core role will be to traffic & maintain Display and Video ad campaigns for Motorsport Network’s advertisers. This includes targeting, testing creative, processing optimizations, and QA of all digital orders as assigned. The Ad Trafficker will work closely with digital sales support and is expected to provide superior customer service.

Digital ad operations trafficker duties:

• Responsible for the trafficking all campaign creative
• Troubleshoot all creative and ad serving issues
• Inventory management
• Track and measure performance of multiple advertising campaigns
• Work directly with internal and external ad servers, digital specialists, and sales staff on all elements of campaign management
• Handling the brand protection and block lists
• Inventory forecast
• Maintain Insertion orders accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and multitask while providing excellent customer service both internally and externally
• Assist with documenting, updating and maintaining ad specs, trafficking and workflow procedures for client accounts

Qualifications:

• Bilingual English/Russian (both written and oral) Experience working with DoubleClick for Publishers
• Familiarity with online trafficking, advertising technology solutions, and ad network business models a plus
• Possess a strong understanding of digital advertising and the digital media landscape
• Familiar with various online creative formats (e.g., HTML5, Javascript, Flash, Rich Media)
• Familiarity with digital analytics and online reporting tools
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Superior time management and organizational skills as well as the capacity to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Knowledge of 3rd party ad tags (DFA/DCM, Sizmek, Rubicon, etc.) helpful
• Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript helpful, but not required
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in both a team environment and independently
• Superior verbal and written communication and customer service skills
• Strong desire to grow with company and learn new skills
