Job duties:

• Drafting/translating/proofreading various documents;
• Filing, typing, photocopying and scanning different documents;
• Performing research;
• Day-to-day offices operations management;
• Scheduling meetings and appointments;
• Working with databases, periodical editions and other sources of information;
• Performing general clerical support and other duties.

Key requirements:

• University degree;
• 1+ years of secretary or other administrative experience;
• Fluency in English, Ukrainian and Russian;
• PC literate and office equipment confident user;
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
