ERP Senior Consultant

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in ERP implementation;
• Business-oriented viewpoint;
• Knowledge of architecture of SAP ERP and/or Microsoft Dynamics AX;
• Practical knowledge of ASAP/valueSAP and/or OnTarget;
• Effective team player;
• Professional attitude and strong communication skills, both written and oral;
• Fluent English is an advantage;

Responsibilities:

Project leadership in the area of ERP independent consultancy:

I. Implementation feasibility study

• Understanding client’s business, its drivers and constraints;
• Determination of benefits which may be achieved in case of successful ERP implementation;
• Determination of implementation project risks;
• Development of implementation project strategy.

II. System selection & contracting process

• Methodological support of clients during all steps of system selection – requirements definition, development of Request For Proposal, communication to vendors etc;
• Definition of requirements to demo scripts;
• Participation in reference visits;
• Assistance in contract negotiation;
• Assistance in project definition (negotiation of Project Charter, communication methods, change management procedures, etc).

III. Implementation Quality Assurance

• Definition of the approach to quality assurance ;
• Development of results acceptance criteria;
• Validation of results acceptance;
• Validation of project management performance;
• Validation of major project decisions;
• Regular review of project risks.

IV. Post-Implementation Review

• Analysis of efficiency of ERP system usage;
• Development of recommendations how to improve usage efficiency.
