FUNCTIONS

• Designing of data collection tools.
• Supporting REACH Assessment Team during data collection in terms of tracking, supervising enumerators (data collectors), etc.
• Conducting the coding of data collection tools by Mobile Data Collection instruments.
• Providing trainings on Mobile Data Collection for NGOs and local authorities.
• Providing support to Data Analysis Team in terms of data cleaning, processing and analysis.
• Providing inputs into research design documents.
• Providing inputs into final products' design and content.
• Supporting document management by quality and smart filing of all REACH documents.
• Translation of documents to/from English/Russian/Ukrainian
• Participation in external meetings as REACH representative, taking meeting minutes.
• Any other responsibilities, as requested by REACH Senior Assessment Officer.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master's degree in social sciences, political sciences, law, research, data analysis or other relevant field.
• Previous experience in research, data collection and/or data processing and analysis.
• Previous international experience is desirable.
• Previous experience in humanitarian sphere is desirable.
• Professional fluency in English, Ukrainian and Russian (both oral and written).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of Mobile Data Collection tools is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of InDesign is a plus.
• Flexibility and desire to learn new tools.
• Attention to details.
• Strong team player.
• Ability to work under pressure and competing deadlines.
• Readiness to business trips.
