Bachelor degree in Environment

Computer skill :

Microsoft office

Language :

Ukrainian

Russian

English to actively participate to meetings and to establish /review written reports.

Job location :

Based in Kiev or Zaporizhe. Frequent travels around Ukraine.

Trip duration around 2-3 days, several times in a quarter.

Starting date :

May 2018, new position.

Job description :

Under the responsibility of the Project Manager:

· Impact studies

1/ Define scope of work in acoordance with international and Ukrainian standard (with the support of external consultants)

2/ Coordinate the work of various subcontractors: acousticians, ornothologists, chiropterologists, flora/fauna experts, etc.

3/ Review of all impact reports

· Design support

1/ Review of Environmental Impact Assesment

2/ Ecoloqy Expertize support

3/ Review of Waste Management Plan

4/ Dealing with Ministry of Environmental Protection, Centre for Protection of Cultural Heritage, Water Resourse Menagement, Forestry Administration, etc in relation of permiting and approvals.

· Construction monitoring

1/ Apply the recommendations of the impact studies and Stakeholder Engagement Plan

2/ Suppport the HSE Manager.

· Post-Construction

1/ selection of subcontractor in charge of the post construction monitorings (Birds and bats survey)

2/ report review

3/ report explanation to third parties.

Professional experiences :

2 to 5 years (including training) experience in environmental field (impact study or monitoring)

Experience with International Finance Corparation rules will be welcome
