GAMELOFT, present in 20 countries around Europe, North America and Asia (more than 5,000 employees), is a leading international developer and distributor of video games looking for new talent to reinforce its creation teams.

Our Kharkiv studio is looking for a Playtester who can help teams to produce high-quality titles for smartphones and tablets with mass-market sales potential.

Responsibilities:

• The Playtester’s main responsibilities are to help ensuring that the games are released with the proper quality, with special focus on game design and balancing. For that he should be able to:

• Identify and gather all the relevant data for each project.

• Understand, analyze and explain the data obtained during the playtest, translating it into clear conclusions and actionable suggestions.

• Be involved in every project he works on.

• Work proficiently with the playtesting tools.

• Being able to efficiently prepare and present all necessary documentation for performing the playtests, and for presenting the analysis and conclusions.

• Know the limitations and main characteristics of the devices he works with.

• Have frequent and fluent communication with the creation teams.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Passion for video games

• Pro-activity and initiative

Would be an advantage:

• Previous experience as playtester

• Able to work in English on a daily basis

• Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

We are looking for different profiles, so we will value either:

• Hardcore profile: highly engaged to a lot of mobile games.

• Casual profile: don’t play at all, or just play a few mobile games.
