Home Based English Teacher Wanted
Job Description
Deliver online lessons to students of particular grade level
Evaluate and grade students' class work and participation
Remain aware of class procedures and use of instructional materials
●Set-up: Online Group Class (8 – 20 students)
●Student age range: 8 - 16 years old
●Teaching materials: provided by Waijiaoyi Education
●Class length: 2 x 25 minutes or 50mins
●Working Schedule: (Beijing Time)
Job Requirements
Fluent in English
Positive and energetic attitude
Love working with kids and teenagers
Teaching Experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
Weekly Working Hours
10-20 hours
Hourly Rate
8$--12$ Based on teachers experience and English proficiency level
Paid training course (6 hours)
Other Benefits
●1 KPI - Overall Performance
Once a teacher got 85% score out of 100, he is entitled to KPI incentive which is 5% of his monthly salary.
●Basic Rate Increment
Once a teacher reached 500 teaching hours, hourly rate will increase by $1.
