Altium Limited is a software company that provides outstanding PC-based electronics design software for engineers, such world famous product as Altium Designer. Company is looking for experienced C# R&D Engineers (at least 10 people) to work in Kyiv, R&D office.

Requirements:

While most companies, when recruiting new programmers, tend to be focused on their technology stack and experience within the same business field, or very related, Altium is much more interested in people who are strong in systems programming, can provide elegant solutions with solid algorithms and clean code. But, yeah we also have a technology stack, but not having something in your experience - for us is not critical.

• At least 4 years of experience in C# (WPF, WCF, MVC) в SOA;
• Experience with all aspects of SDLC;
• Experience in design, integration and development of APIs;
• Experience with NHibernate, Entity Framework;
• Deep knowledge and practical experience in .NET framework and experience in multithreading;
• At least Intermediate English
•  

Would be a plus:

• Experience with C++, C# or Delphi, or experience in mixed code Delphi and C#;
• Strong knowledge and experience with JavaScript;
• Understanding principles of SOLID;
• Knowledge of design patterns;
• Experience in creation of VS extensions.

Terms of work:

• there is a probation period of 3 months, after which your salary level might be reconsidered.
• Flexible schedule of 40 hours per week. We tend to hire and keep responsible, self motivated people, therefore we do not think that we need strict army-type of schedule and time-tracking.
• Overtimes - might happen in case if we didn’t meet release deadline, but we try not to let it happen.
• Paid business trips.
• Company hires people with full officially legal salary which is calculated from USD currency right. Company pays all the taxes and does not use Private Entrepreneurship as an employment scheme. Only official.
